1) The chair was due to be delivered on the 18th December, just received 1/42) 3 pieces should help put it together except the first step is the plastic cover to remove. pneumatic elevator. it is glued on. Anger.3) tatty condition of the starbase which was advertised as chrome but came matte silver 4) I will not be returning this as it is cumbersome and will not fit in my car and it is a chore to repack and get to the UPSstore5 ) tried to call the number provided during the hours indicated in the information attached to the chair. it has called 500 times with no answer 6) the current listing is sold out so i wouldn't have a replacement even if i decided to return it 7) what should have been a quick easy assembly has now turned into sourcing the vise tools and I try to pry open the plastic cover, if I can then I can assemble it, if I can't I'm stuck with a three piece chair. 8) After 45 minutes I removed the cover and the assembly was complete, the total assembly time was one hour 9) The pneumatic lift broke leaving the height of the chair in the kindergarten
