It allows us to track all our leads from beginning through completion and then into post sales support or training when needed! We are able to keep everything organized within one system so we know exactly where each contact lives - whether that's by phone number, email address etc. Our team can now work together more efficiently since everyone has access to their own information allowing them to be better informed without having to ask questions about other people’s accounts. The ability to share quotes across teams also helps reduce wasted time chasing down details/data requests as well as ensuring no opportunities go uncollected. There isn't anything I dislike yet but there may come along day :) If you're looking for an easy way to manage contacts, this could definitely help you achieve your goals of managing contacts "allowing" everyone else involved with new business I like that it tracks all of my leads so I can see where they are coming from, what campaigns worked best, etc. It's very easy to use once you figure out how it works. The interface could be improved. It's not as intuitive as some other systems. You have to spend time learning it before you get any value from it. If you're looking for a system that will help you track your leads, this is a good option. We've been able to identify which channels work best and then focus our efforts there.
