After perusing BONANGEL's impressive social media presence and fashionable clothing choices, I decided to make a purchase. Unfortunately, the final product I got fell far short of my expectations. The clothes were of low quality and did not look like the ones shown on the website. The sneakers were painful to wear and quickly wore out. The jewelry I was given was also of poor quality and readily damaged. Their customer support was unhelpful and insensitive when I contacted them for help. They were more concerned with making a profit than keeping a happy client, as evidenced by their refusal to refund or exchange my purchase. I regret that I cannot endorse BONANGEL online shop as a social media influencer. Don't be fooled by their impressive website; the quality of their goods and customer service is severely lacking in practice. Don't waste your money here—look elsewhere!
