Not very high quality but does the job. Very easy to program, you should cut it before programming. I had a spare key, I literally melted the black plastic and put it in this keychain on a homemade shi. You will need a small tool to remove the pin holding the blank. I had to make my own pin as the groove didn't exactly match my original Chevy key and didn't fit. Just cut it off if you like. I'm scared to try lol. Anyway, you just put your working original key in the ignition, turn it on for 5 seconds or 5 rings (no need to turn it) and then quickly turn it off, pull it out and insert the new key, turn it and leave it for 5 seconds and bam. Your key has been programmed. But what sucks is there isn't a Chevy logo I don't notice. If I had known this I would not have bought it but I still use it as a spare.
