It's made of that wet suit like material so its kind of noisy under a shirt and it also has that weird plastic-y smell I'm still trying to get rid of but when I wear it over a regular sports bra it does give a bit of extra support to take the pressure off my back which is exactly what I bought it for. I'm a 32GG and I got the XL to accommodate bandages and swelling after my BR surgery. I need an extra set of hands to get it zipped up, a problem I really hope I don't retain after The Big Chop. If I wasn't going smaller in the very near future, I probably would have returned it for a large to help with exercise bounce. The XL is like a snug vest which, at my current size, is relief for my back. If I got this for jogging or something I would prefer a tighter fit.
