I bought this mainly for my SO who had neck pain from stress. I also wanted to use it for the tight back I get from sitting and programming for too long. I have tested many devices from different manufacturers. Initially, I rejected this device because of the long arms, which seemed completely useless to me. However, the more I read the reviews, the more long poles seemed to me to make more sense, not only in terms of being able to hold the device in different places and positions, but also simply for convenience and the fact that gravity and weight of my hands will contribute to the operation of the block. The block arrived two days ago. and I can say that I am very satisfied. Build quality and materials are very good. While the controls are a little lower than they are, they work well and are easy to understand and remember. The device is very effective in relieving pain. We've used it on the neck, upper and lower back, all with good results. The best part was when my SO used it. He had a blissful look that only a dog can see if you rub the 'right spot'. The extreme "for" the fact that it's wireless. So far (from two nights of casual use between two people) I haven't had to charge it yet. They have been using it for over a month now and love it. Like me, a slower speed seems to be most efficient. I also have to update and say that the battery life is excellent. We easily manage 20 or more uses before it noticeably slows down and needs charging.
