Great Reliable Product
The quality is hard, no plastic. It has a nice rubber pad that also helps keep it from slipping. Works great with my 2020 MacBook Air. One complaint is that it doesn't have a USB-C port, but that's fine. It is as described in the listing. Definitely recommended for the price.
