We bought this for the living room. My wife has a nurse who sits with her so I bought this so I can see how things are going while I'm at work. This camera lets you see what's happening in your home from miles away. You can see and hear conversations in the room. The sound is very clear and the picture is crystal clear. What I like is that you can zoom in and out and rotate the camera angle from your phone wherever you are, even if you are 1000 miles from home. We watch our dogs when they are not at home. You can also ask Alexa to see what's playing on the camera and it will appear on your TV as long as you have the app on your TV. We love this camera and will buy another one for the tanning bed.
