The customer service department was very helpful when I needed to resolve an issue with my account! They were able to help me right away, without any hassle or hassles at all!! It's always good dealing w/ people who are genuinely interested in solving your problems rather than just trying sell you something new.

Other aspects that i enjoyed about PT as well include their ability t o provide multiple types & styles off different products suchas shoes from brands like Nike etc.. The most valuable thing about performance team was their customer service, they were very friendly when I first met them as well has during my time with PT! They are constantly improving themselves in every way possible to make sure that you're satisfied 100% each step along your delivery process from start -to finish.- nothing at all specifically but everything overall i would say it's great so far no complaints just really happy working here :).
