Works well, the only problem I have is that every time I start the car the light turns red and I restart the device must start for it to work. Stay blue and stay on but other than that this device does what it's supposed to do and charges my iPhone and laptop pretty well. Just don't connect too many devices to this thing or the fan will get very noisy and can interfere with driving. I highly recommend going to 300W or more if running more powerful devices in your car.
