Much to my surprise, it isn't! The seltzer actually stayed fizzy all night. So what happened? How could a water bottle hold the seltzer soda? It is actually quite simple. The threads on the cap of the bottle are of good quality, and the holes for water and air flow are tightly sealed with a silicone rubber plug built into the cap of the cap. Shake the bottle. break it They won't spill a drop, even when the contents are under pressure. IF IT'S NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS!
