I can't connect my Bluetooth scale to my iPhone XR. The Fitbit app shows the added device but doesn't connect. From my research, Fitbit released the scale before it was debugged. This is not the way to gain the trust of your customer base. Would give zero stars but must give at least one to post. Edited on 11/28/19. I spoke to a Fitbit rep about the Bluetooth issue and they suggested I send the scale back. They also said they would email me when the issue was resolved. They sent an email, I changed the order and it's working great now.
