Review on CocoFax by Randy Holt

It was easy to get set up quickly after our salesperson walked us through it! There were some minor bugs that we had trouble resolving but customer support from their team has been very responsive in troubleshooting those issues for me! I do not dislike anything about this product at all - everything so far seems easy enough (and there are no reported problems). We have used other providers before which can take 2 or 3 weeks just getting setup once you've done your initial training of staff who will be using them. This took only 1 day since they already know how things work here where everyone knows eachother by first names rather than last name like most companies these days anyways.
