This is the THIRD s9 I've bought in the last 3 weeks, they were all kind of bugged. The first was a present I gave to someone who was just spinning out of the box. Wouldn't do anything else. When I contacted support they said it was defective and offered to replace it but I returned it after the rep said I would get a replacement from them in about 2 weeks. Buy a new product to give to someone who doesn't have it out of the box and expect a replacement in 2 weeks. I do not think so. The second was mine and spent a week and 50 hours trying unsuccessfully to match my home. Numerous chats and phone calls with a technical representative but nothing solved the problem. After several unsuccessful resets, I sent it back to Revain and received a replacement. The replacement mapped most of my house in 9 hours and I loved it, but the lid popped open when you barely touched it or lowered the robot. This is a big problem with reviews. I contacted the technical manager and they told me that they will replace the robot and I should receive it in about 3 days. Later that day, I called about an issue with an app that kept saying the trash was full when it was actually empty. Cleaned once. I wanted to know how to solve this problem if the new one ever had this problem. I was then told they would only replace the cap and I would receive it in around 10 days to 2 weeks, all this contrary to what I was told on the phone. No help for error "Full container". I am returning it tomorrow and if I buy another vacuum robot it will not be the iRobot Roomba. Very disappointed with Roomba. I bought a robotic lawn mower that ran 10 hours a day all summer and fell in love with the robot so I bought a Roomba for my wife. Big mistake.
