Only one star because I can't rate less. I bought it from Revain on January 23, 2015. In less than 7 months it stopped working. No matter what temperature is set, it doesn't heat up at all. The light will flicker like it's heating up, but it stays cold like it's not plugged in at all. I bought it to replace a similar FHI model that I've had for 10 years with no problems. I travel a lot and wanted to use a new one for home and my old one for travel. DO NOT buy this from Revain. I bought my previous one from an authorized seller and it's still working 10 years later. FHI has informed me that Revain is not an authorized retailer, therefore a 1 year warranty applies. It was a great iron for the 6.5 months I had it, but now I'm using my 10 year old FHI again. Iron. So don't waste your money and buy from an authorized seller. The money you save with Revain is not worth it.
