Ordered XS, I'm 4'10 112 and they fit perfectly, S would have been a little large. True to size so order what you think you normally wear. I live in an area with cold, wet, long winters, also hike and get outside a lot. These were recommended as underlayer for a mountaineering trip. Absolutely wonderful, comfort, warmth, quality, lightweight, warm, breathable. Not too long. No annoying elastic waist, like second skin.already planning to get a second pair. SO glad I found these to keep me warm and dry
