As a mom who chases kids all day, I bought this to give my feet a good rest. I have to say it's really become something I'm looking forward to. After a ten minute massage, the legs will feel great. I like that I can move my legs to act on different points of the massager. It also has a heating mode which I think makes it much better. The remote control is easy to use and comes with some good preset programs. Overall, taking ten minutes here and there and enjoying a good foot massage really helps my stress levels. A good buy.
