I live without a screen protector, occasionally go to the field for weeks of FTX training, and I go hiking and mountain biking on the side. The phone does not overheat even when not in use. These are the times when screen swiping becomes a problem. Fingers no longer slip so easily. The oil is gone and just touching the screen feels hot. Spit and glitter don't work which makes it worse and worse because now you have a strip of spit on your screen. I've never tried a dedicated screen cleaner before, thought it would definitely be a good answer to Spit Shine. although the cleaner itself looks like it was made for deep cleaning, like on the TV and in your quad monitor setup. I love using them on my BCG and my phone. Your monitor/TV only needs wipes for spot cleaning and maintenance. The included plush MF towel is designed for cleaning delicate surfaces, but it's not as portable as regular thin polyester MF towels. My movements are now smoother and easier to move around the screen. almost as if it had a screen protector on it. I definitely recommend this for more than just a phone as Ina's high volume spray lasts a long time for a maintenance clean. I would definitely buy again
