I've always been concerned about using Teflon-based sheets (didn't stick to non-stick pans a few years ago) and was very happy to find these silicone food drainage mats. . They work really well (as do the others) and are pretty easy to clean if you give them a little wash for a few minutes before wiping them down. Silicone is inert, so you can use it to your heart's content and won't leach chemicals into your food. Despite the price, I recommend trying these out if you're going to get dehydrated a lot.
