Food parts from them very easily. If something does stick, simply lift the sheet and the products can be separated. These sheets are easy to clean and I keep them on trays in my Excalibur dehydrator to keep them clean and undamaged. If they are slightly damp after drying, place them on the dehydrator trays and run the machine for a few minutes to remove any remaining moisture.

For the first time with fruit leather. They fit snugly, making the fruit easy to spread and easy to release. They're hard to clean because they're a bit flexible, but that's how they should be. It's best to wash and dry them separately so they don't stick together when wet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an exact fit for their Excalibur dehydrator.

I've always been concerned about using Teflon-based sheets (didn't stick to non-stick pans a few years ago) and was very happy to find these silicone food drainage mats. . On the third batch of triangle and circle cereal chips, I managed to get just one round cake. Not a single chip, regardless of the density / fineness of the mixture, will be knocked out everywhere without crumbs. I've never worked with silicone that bonds to grit mixes. I write reviews whether I like it or not. I like them but there are a few considerations: #1 - They are thinner than I expected. I was hoping they would be more like silpat pans.
