I liked that the magnetic option allows me to attach it to any suitable place with magnetic properties, e.g. B. on the grill, in the fridge, etc. This is probably the most important feature that I like compared to another pen. it doesn't have that option. Another feature I liked from what I have compared to other brands is the lack of an on/off switch. Simply lifting the probe from its "saved" state activates it, and closing it deactivates it. I keep forgetting about the other device, now this is my favorite. When I smoked a turkey breast last weekend, I can quickly check other parts of the meat I'm cooking to see if they're at the right temperature or not. I found it to be within 1 degree of my BBQ-4T probes and other tests I've run. Will buy again and recommend, mainly because of the magnetic option, no more searching in the drawer.
