This thermometer is easy to use and the digital display makes it easy and quick to determine the temperature of food. Switching between C and F is done by pressing the button next to the digital screen. The main reason I bought this thermometer was the probe's fold-and-go feature. My old thermometer won't fold and got damaged in the dish drawer. I expect this one to last a lot longer because of this nice feature.
