Just want to make sure I'm doing it right as I've never used any of these before, choose the mode you want ie. OUTPUT VOLTAGE, then use the buttons to set the desired voltage and current, THEN connect the multimeter to the output (USB or bare wire) and use the screws to set the voltage so the multimeter reads the same like the screen. (SOURCE --> DEVICE --> MULTIMETER). Therefore, to perform the same calibration with INPUT current, you need a multimeter in front of (between the device and the power supply) the device (SOURCE --> MULTIMETER --> DEVICE) and simply use the buttons to set the voltage and current according to the known source. Do I understand correctly?
