Disappointing cushioning and arch support

I run an indoor track, five miles a day, five days a week. Since I'm 68 years old and my knees and hips are still level, I need shoes with good cushioning and arch support. I've had great luck with Saucony shoes over the years, starting with the Grid Shadows and their variations. I've had at least five different pairs over the years. When my last pair wore out, I ordered them because the model I was replacing was no longer made. I rode them for five miles and was disappointed in the lack of cushioning and arch support. I'll leave them for everyday wear, but they won't suit me for running. I found a pair of ASICS that give me the cushioning and arch support I need.
