Fantastic fit and comfort!

Great shoes and one of the most comfortable I've ever worn! I have worn several generations of Excursion Trail shoes and this is the best so far. At first I thought it was less comfortable than the previous generation, but now that I've broken it I think it's actually more comfortable. I agree with what another reviewer said about the Trail outsole not sounding weird when walking on sidewalks or hard ground. Like an off-road tire on a truck or jeep, some running shoes make an oddly loud or…

Disappointing cushioning and arch support

I run an indoor track, five miles a day, five days a week. Since I'm 68 years old and my knees and hips are still level, I need shoes with good cushioning and arch support. I've had great luck with Saucony shoes over the years, starting with the Grid Shadows and their variations. I've had at least five different pairs over the years. Now a word of caution: ALWAYS try shoes on before you buy them online. That should be obvious, but you'd be surprised how many people buy shoes they've never tried on, or they think next year's shoe will fit just as well as the one they already have, but companies often change that next iteration . ! The Excursion TR14 looks good too. But for…

Comfortable and durable

I really like this brand's Saucony line of shoes. I've had tr13s that I bought in the fall of 2019. About a year later I thought I would buy them again as they were thin. I couldn't find a tr13 that size, but I took a chance on a tr14 without being able to try it on. They are essentially the same shoe with a slightly different look. Fits and feels the same. I don't notice any structural changes. I bought black/charcoal for both, that's all I can say about this color. I really only use them for…
