I've only been using headphones for the past few weeks; prior to that, I was using the Steelseries Siberia V2 for several years. 1) The sound is crisp, but there isn't nearly enough bass to make up for it, but you get used to it pretty soon. You won't walk away thinking "amazing," but nobody has anything negative to say about it either. 2) The quality of both the assembly and the materials used is pleasing; everything is pleasant to the touch, and there is no sense of cheap China materials being used. On the left ear cup is a very convenient location for both the volume control and the microphone mute; in other words, there are no modules on the wire that are susceptible to damage from bending (as on previous headphones). 3) Ease of use is also a strong point; while I did have to fiddle with the clasp for about five minutes, once I did, everything fit perfectly on my head. The ear cups are spacious, and the lining is made of fabric; as a result, the ears perspire less and are not pressed against in any way. The only thing you'll need to get used to is the rotating bowls, so that when you put them on your head, you don't accidentally turn the volume control. Other than that, these are just minor annoyances:)
