The lining ripped after a week of use
This is the third bag you've bought from you where the inner liner ripped after a few days of use. I can't return it as it's the only bag I own. Are these handbags stored so long that they rot? I am very dissatisfied with these products. I spend a lot of money on your website and have never had a problem with anything else. I would greatly appreciate a free replacement sent to me.
