This does what it says it will. I have wide feet and one with a significantly fallen arch. I’ve started investing in stylish orthotics which have stopped my foot and heel pains. However, my one foot is in between a full size and a half size now which makes it hard to find good fitting shoes. This did the trick! I can still wear my regular size on one and stretch the slightly wider one a bit. It’s led to me finding my new favorite pair of shoes!
