Unit failed, replaced under "lifetime warranty " after long wait

Lasted slightly less than 2 years. Attempting to make a claim on their &#34;lifetime warranty&#34;Update:Upon making a warranty claim, they asked me for multiple items including error code. I received a new unit after 30+ days
