This is a well designed block, it's easy to use. It's simple but relatively convenient. Depending on what you're doing, it can be hot and trap sweat, which is no different than most braces. Unfortunately, there is no magical cure for carpal tunnel, so don't expect miracles from a bandage. Long-term use of braces is required to really see improvement, so it is difficult to evaluate braces without such long-term use. This is a solid 4 star product that comes out of the box for its simplicity and build quality.
