I've been trying this product for a few weeks now. After a week I could tell the difference. This is the first product that really works for me. understand that not everything works for everyone. I have taken it occasionally but now I will start taking it every day and see if I get the full effect. I gave it a 4 because for some reason you seem to be gaining some weight or making it difficult to lose weight as quickly as I have. If you can figure out how to remove this aspect but leave it as is I would give it 5 stars. All in all I will continue to take it but I know I need to exercise more to continue seeing weight loss progress. A good product.
