This product will work as long as you have the following things: - You must add ice. At least 2 pet bowls - The unit must be behind a window - There must be good air circulation on the other side of the room. If all the water doesn't evaporate and you don't give it off, it will smell bad. It is not entirely clear how to clean it. I really like that it has wheels and is very powerful for a small space. It will produce cold air as long as there is ice.
