My wedding ring is very chunky so I only wear it to and from work. I was looking for something lightweight to wear to errands, working out, etc. These rings are perfect for that. I completely forget I'm wearing it and actually sleep in it. I've worn it for running and yoga and it's never bothered me, bothered me or pinched me. The only thing that disappointed was the color of the "marble" ring. I bought 4 packs of black/pink/marble mainly because I liked the look of marble. It doesn't look like the real thing in the photo. The marbling is very slight and more brown than black. It looks very strange - almost dirty.
