I liked this dress except how it sat on my chest, it needs to be taken in some. It felt like something was just not right but the rest of the drs i really liked. Unfortunately, not knowing how to alter dresses it would probably cost me more to fix then what i bought it for. I couldn't return the package at first (it still says it's not delivered) so i reached out. The wanted to work with me and not lose money on their end but I needed the refund. Thankfully, when i told them they weren't mean or rude and issued the refund right away.I did like the dress, the material the color but it just didn't fit right on my neck/bust area. So overall, with customer service, i have 4 stars
