I like that it's easy to use, has an intuitive interface with many features at your fingertips! It can be intimidating if you are not familiar w/ using this type of program but once used its very user friendly!! The support team responds quickly when needed as well. Nothing really bad about our experience so far just wish there were more training options available in order help us understand everything better before we start implementing new ideas or processes into daily operation - which sometimes happens right away without proper instruction from their staff member who helped set up my account initially :) We have been able solve most issues ourselves however they do offer some free workshops throughout each year where people attending receive one hour 1on1 time session (which was great!) If anyone needs assistance setting things such as email addresses etc please reach out via phone call first because emails go unanswered often unless someone calls.
