Could be the best but doesn't work

The device itself is well built and works as a great timer but there are two major problems. First, the timer doesn't completely stop the flow of electricity and any type of LED lighting will still be reasonably bright. Second, the timer is very easy to set up, but the instructions, which should be a multi-page book, are crammed into one page with a font size of around 2. Overall, this might be the best timer I've had, but the power consumption is problematic for both its use and the health of connected devices. I hope a new version comes out and fixes these problems.
