Review on π PS 7023 Filter: Optimize Performance for Your Toyota 4Runner Cruiser by Joseph Long
Lab tests say it's a good filter. look it up!
That's all I've used since I bought my 2011 FJ Cruiser. I use Castrol Syntec Edge and the filter works great with this oil. I think I would have to do lab tests to know otherwise. :-) I did some research and the lab tests confirmed my opinion that this is a good filter.
