The shifter will not release when the switch is mounted on top of the transmission cover.
4 stars only as it will not fit the Lokar shifter when the shifter is mounted on top of the gearbox cover. mounting area and lift the rack mount 3/4" away from the transmission mount as shown. I have a full shop and am happy to be the manufacturer, but if not you can install the shifter either under the transmission cover or find another shoe that clears the shifter, none of the Lokar materials mention this issue.
