Easy and Powerful way in managing client accounts
The ability that they give me is very simple but powerful enought so I can manage my clients well by creating an interactive quote sheet which will show them what our products are like before hand without having too much trouble.
Nothing! They make it easy to create quotes using their software however sometimes there could be some glitches when updating or editing existing quotations from past orders etcetera., However this doesn't affect anything else about xai's services thus far apart form making things more efficient for us since we use different tools than usual such as Excel sheets instead of Word templates where other suppliers would require word files if i am not mistaken?
Pros
- It saves time on creating quotes and I can see it on my computer with ease, easy to use, and I am able to do it for work purposes as well to improve productivity
Cons
- Sometimes it could be a little more complicated sometimes when I want to delete an existing client, as well as when I am in the quotations section where I could not see my clients that already exist and
