Review on 🎥 TOTMC USB 2.0 Video Capture Adapter: Windows XP/2000/Vista/7/8 Compatible by Isaac Morales

I used this to import VHS and Super 8 videos to my computer. I am using Windows 10 with PowerDirector 15 as recording and editing software. I didn't install the capture software from the TOTMC disk, only the drivers for the capture device. My film program recognized the signal and I kept running. First, I turn on the camcorder or VCR, then plug the capture device into the USB port. Next, I run my program (PowerDirector 15). When I go to my capture window in PowerDirector, I select "Capture from External or Optical Device". I do not use the included recording software with this device, so I cannot comment on its use. If you use other recording and editing programs, they will probably work as well.
