After removing the internal valves in the yellow hose and the adapter I had to use it worked fine. I'm honestly still not sure if it was the valves, the can spigot, the R134a can, or if I was an idiot. For some reason I could not fill the refrigerant from the cylinder into the air conditioner. I probably opened the valve in the faucet too far, but I'm not sure. Compared to the manifold I rented earlier this year, it hooked up to the R134a high and low pressure ports with ease. No leaks! Withstands vacuum for three hours and checks for leaks. I didn't have to walk that long, but I went for dinner. The pump works but is not very strong. It will eventually drop to the low end of the scale, just be patient. The carry case is cheap but who cares at this price point. It's good to have a built-in thermometer, but I doubt its accuracy. Since I'm only concerned with the temperature difference between and without air conditioning, a deviation of 5-10 degrees doesn't matter. Overall it worked and got the job done.
