My wife often buys me ties and shirts in colors that I would never choose myself. This tie is an example. I tend to get confused with stripes on ties and when you add colors I've never, and I mean never thought of, wearing myself when I open the package, combinations my wife insists on having they are great can be shocking. It's true with this tie. I was very surprised, but out of male fidelity I was polite and decided to wait for the events that unfolded as I got dressed to go on a date with her. I really need to have more faith in the color combinations chosen by my artist wife, because she is always right! Now this tie is a beautiful product. Very well made with a fabric that is much better than the price suggests. Excellent quality and perfect color combination, what could be better. The extra cufflinks were another one of those surprises as I don't have French cufflink shirts at the moment, although many years ago I wore cufflinks most of the time. This added bonus should mean that a french cuffed shirt will be added to my collection soon.
