I have major food issues, so I wanted a cooler I could take to Europe that I could use to hold my groceries as I traveled from place to place. We stayed 10 days in a different airbnb apartment each night - a lot of travel! The first thing about this cooler that I loved is that it fit inside my roll-on bag collapsed. When I got to Madrid, I just opened it up and filled it with groceries and ziplocs I filled with ice. Well, ziplocs leak all over the place. By the end of every day, I had a cooler full of water! But the cooler NEVER LEAKED NOT ONCE!On the way home, I had purchased lots of breakables (pottery, etc) and I didn't have room in my roll-on suitcase for it all. I packed it in my cooler as my second bag. It worked perfectly! Everything made it home in fine condition.I will enjoy using this as a lunch basket for the beach on Cape Cod for the rest of the summer confident it can manage to keep everything cool in the hot sun. It did wonders in the car parked all day in the sun in Europe on a particularly hot summer. I give this my highest recommendation!
