Chef John’s Milk Bread
Makes a nice loaf of Japanese milk bread (I used Chef John’s recipe). There are small holes in the bottom where butter/oil can drip out during baking, just put it on a baking sheet or wrap with aluminum foil or it’ll smoke.

- The pan is rust-resistant, ensuring that it stays in good condition and is safe to use over time
Cons
- May not be suitable for baking anything other than a loaf of bread
