While this is not the brightest light I have used it is certainly very good in the brightness category. If you are still using your old AA, C, or D cell powered incandescent light you will be surprised by how bright these rechargeable LEDs lights can be. This one is no exception. The switch works well. What sets this one apart from many others is that it can be used as a power bank to charge your phone or other small device. I tried it with my phone and it indicated that it was charging rapidly.For the money this light is hard to beat. The power bank option makes it even better.Five stars for value, features, and performance.
