For real? Couldn't even use it?
Just received and returned immediately! First, the barcode has worn off like it was abandoned by the previous owner. Yes. Assuming it was used because it didn't seem brand new. The metal pin responsible for the movement of the device was unscrewed and simply lay in the package. And the nerve of it is struck! The metal coating was actually chipped off, and there was some rust between the handles as well. The nail file seemed to be the only brand new thing, but NO THANKS. Instead, I go to the local cosmetics store.
