Light and warm good for men

To give you a little taste of me I've only been riding my bike since July and almost exclusively for commuting about 5-6 miles a day depending on errands I run. I also lift weights 4-5 days a week and play mostly recreational basketball and racquetball. Earlier this year I was 5'6" and gained to 175 pounds (for me) and I wanted to lose weight so I figured cycling would be the perfect way to do it. It won't be long, if ever. than driving, and I've actually lost to 163 pounds. I wanted to maintain that weight loss and cardiovascular benefit over the winter, so this jacket comes in handy. I bought this jacket a few weeks ago and have ridden it in all weather conditions. it was up to 18 degrees Fahrenheit and it was snowing. All I had to wear was some long sleeve insulation underneath this piece and I was perfectly warm! Now that the temperature is rising above 32, I'm basically just wearing a t-shirt and this jacket. I'd say over 45 degrees Fahrenheit and I'd melt into this thing. I'm very warm-blooded though, so keep that in mind. I guess most teens will be fine with this jacket, t-shirt and long sleeve shirt. One last note, I ordered medium at first but it was too tight especially for layers and especially around the biceps and neck. de ordered a large one and I think it suits my muscular build perfectly with or without layers. If you don't lift weights and have a really lean build then a medium might be for you. Hope that helps.
