Product exactly as described and pictured. The bristles are made of soft but durable silicone, just enough to exfoliate and massage the scalp but not so hard that the hair shafts break. I had an allergic reaction to the new shampoo and bought it to help get rid of dry, flaky skin patches. Worked great and I love using it regularly to exfoliate and revitalize my scalp. I don't rub my scalp with my nails - a surefire way to break natural nails is to rub them in the shower while they're damp and soft. Using this product is a great way to cleanse your scalp without damaging your nails. And that's great too! Product +, highly recommended!
