Works great, bright, low amperage, back tape "fur "

They're super bright! The wires are a bit flimsy, but not so flimsy that they break every time you strip the wire. The tape on the back panel held it in place long enough for me to screw in a screw. Otherwise I wouldn't trust the band for long. The distance between the wires suits me, because if you put 3-4 stretched ones, it will be bright! One thing I REALLY did was cut the wires, the latter cut almost flush with the light base itself. The insulation is thick enough for me (and I protect everything properly) that bare wires don't pose much of a hazard (I also mount them in a tree, so don't worry about shorting anything but the other wire). Cut it just right and it will be a very small wire point - nothing to worry about. If you're really concerned, leave 1/4-1/2 inch wire and use liquid electrical tape to seal them. Have been used for a few hours so far and worked well from 11.6v to 14.4v. I didn't notice any difference in brightness between different voltages but maybe my eyes were a bit blinded by the hours. Did I say they are light? Used in a tiny car toilet, a light worked but caused shadows. I chose 2 - one on the ceiling and one on the wall as far as the distance between the wires allows. There are no more shadows, they are bright enough and if placed correctly they do not glare. I haven't had a single break-in so far. I tested the entire filament at once and they were all about the same brightness. They're not fully directional, but they're not pinpoint either. Degree. Works well in the light up my car as shown by other people's photos.
