The waist is too big for a petite 9 year old girl.
I have to return these. Unfortunately the waist is too big for our little girl but she is tiny. good material. And now, after installing the fiber optics, our printer doesn't print the return label. grrrr! Update.ebay sent me a QR code to scan UPS.ebay, well done! Some other retailers could follow suit. They make the purchase/refund much easier!
